Where we ship
We dispatch orders from Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea. We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Japan and eligible European destinations. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.
Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address.
Your pre-order timeline
The Signature Harness & Leash Bundle is our first pre-order release, limited to 200 sets. Orders begin shipping in batches from mid-October 2026, in the order they were received.
This is an estimated dispatch start, not an arrival date for every order. We will send tracking information when your order is dispatched. If the expected dispatch timing changes, we will contact you with the revised estimate and available options, including cancellation where applicable.
Shipping options
Transit estimates begin after your parcel is dispatched, not when you place your pre-order. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, public holidays and local delivery conditions.
Express shipping does not bring forward your pre-order dispatch date. The delivery address and checkout summary determine the available shipping options and final amount payable.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be assessed for import duties, local taxes or customs handling charges. Charges collected by us at checkout, if applicable, will be shown before payment. Import charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier.
Customs clearance can extend delivery estimates. For an estimate of potential import charges, check with your local customs authority before ordering. Taxes collected directly by customs are handled under that authority’s refund rules.
Address changes and cancellations
If you need to correct an address or cancel before dispatch, email hello@berjangmerry.com with your order number as soon as possible. We accept cancellations before dispatch. Address changes depend on whether the parcel has already entered fulfilment.
After dispatch, we cannot guarantee that the parcel can be intercepted or rerouted. You may still notify us of a cancellation or return request while it is in transit. For an ordinary change-of-mind return, please receive the parcel and follow our return instructions; an immediate in-transit refund is not normally processed. Your statutory cancellation rights and rights relating to loss, defects or non-delivery remain unaffected.
Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries
If tracking appears stalled, the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and any helpful tracking details or photos.
We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law. You do not need to wait for a missing parcel to arrive to report a problem, and the ordinary unused-return conditions do not remove your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
