Our product
The Signature Harness & Leash Bundle includes one harness and one matching leash. The harness rope is adjustable; the leash total length is 180 cm (approximately 70.9 in). Panel dimensions describe the components, not a dog’s neck or chest circumference. Check your dog’s measurements and contact us for fit assistance before ordering. Adjustable does not mean universal fit. Colours can vary with lighting and screens; product descriptions and confirmed specifications form part of your order.
Pre-orders
The first release is limited to 200 sets. The advertised dispatch start is mid-October 2026, with orders shipped in batches from Seoul, South Korea. This is a pre-order, not an in-stock order, and the dispatch estimate is not an arrival date. Express shipping does not advance production or dispatch. If the expected timing changes, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available cancellation options.
Prices and payment
The first-release base price is US$115 for the complete set. Standard international shipping is included; Express Shipping is an additional US$20. Review the product, quantity, currency, delivery option and total before paying. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. PayPal card checkout depends on eligibility and is not available to every customer. A currency conversion offered by your bank or payment provider may use its own exchange rate and fees. Any converted price identified as an estimate is not a guaranteed card statement amount.
Payment is requested when placing your pre-order. Keep your order confirmation for reference and contact us if payment appears completed but no confirmation arrives. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and refund amounts due; we will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Shipping and import charges
Delivery availability and shipping options are confirmed at checkout. Standard transit is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch; Express at 5–7 business days. Customs and local conditions may affect these estimates. International orders may incur import duties, local taxes or carrier handling charges. Charges collected by us are shown before payment; charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the authority or carrier by the recipient. Changes and cancellations
We accept cancellations before dispatch. Email hello@berjangmerry.com with your order number as soon as possible. Address changes depend on the fulfilment stage. After dispatch, contact us for return instructions; we cannot guarantee interception of a parcel. Your applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Returns and refunds
You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days after delivery. A careful indoor fit check is allowed; otherwise the set should remain unused and undamaged. You pay change-of-mind return shipping to South Korea. Contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the designated return address and instructions. We do not charge a restocking fee or retrospectively charge the included standard outbound shipping.
For ordinary eligible returns, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt and inspection, subject always to any shorter mandatory deadline. A voluntarily selected premium delivery supplement may not be refundable for a change-of-mind return where the law permits. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are handled separately and necessary return costs are covered where a return is required. See 返品・返金について for the full process and statutory exceptions.
Cancellation notice
You may use this optional template by email or post: “To Berjangmerry at the contact address above: I give notice that I cancel my order for . Order number: [number]. Ordered on / received on: [dates]. Customer name and address: [details]. Date: [date].” A signature is needed only if sent on paper. Using this wording is optional; any clear cancellation statement will be considered.
Complaints, privacy and your rights
For order or privacy enquiries, contact hello@berjangmerry.com. Include the order number when relevant, but never email complete card details. These terms and our policies do not remove mandatory consumer rights in your country, including applicable rights concerning withdrawal, faulty goods, non-delivery and refunds. No exclusive foreign-court requirement or blanket liability waiver is imposed by these terms.
Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove the rights or agreed conditions of an existing order.
